Step, Abs and Cool Down

Join Andie Simmons for our Step, Abs and Cool down class Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. This class is similar to our Step and Tone class, only there is a little more focus on the core and a bit more cool down time for those of you who worked it all week long!




The platform and adjustable risers are used in this class as well as weights, and occasionally bands and balls.

Modifications and progressions are provided, making this class available for all fitness levels!
