A BOSU ball is a balancing or stability exercise ball that can turn simple exercises into much more challenging and effective workouts. This month, we give you the plank, BOSU ball style!


Step 1: Place both elbows on the BOSU ball

Step 2: Hold yourself up on your elbows and your toes

Step 3: Keep your body in a straight line and lock out your abs. Hold for the desired

amount of time.



  1. Control your breathing
  2. Keep your core tight throughout and do not allow your hips to sag. Your body

should be in a straight line.


  1. Fully extend arms
  2. Add a leg lift to hip height (alternate sides)
