A BOSU ball is a balancing or stability exercise ball that can turn simple exercises into much more challenging and effective workouts. This month, we give you the plank, BOSU ball style!
Instructions:
Step 1: Place both elbows on the BOSU ball
Step 2: Hold yourself up on your elbows and your toes
Step 3: Keep your body in a straight line and lock out your abs. Hold for the desired
amount of time.
Tips
- Control your breathing
- Keep your core tight throughout and do not allow your hips to sag. Your body
should be in a straight line.
Variations
- Fully extend arms
- Add a leg lift to hip height (alternate sides)
