TRX Assisted Sit Up
Adjust the TRX straps to mid-calf length.
Lie down on the ground, with feet flat on the ground and knees bent to 90 degrees, under the TRX anchor point and grab onto the TRX handles (TRX straps slightly in front of the TRX anchor point and palms facing down). You should be able to hold onto the TRX straps, with tension, while your head and shoulders are secure on the ground (adjust your position accordingly).
Step Step 3:
Keeping feet secure on the ground at all times, slowly roll up off the floor (sequentially from head, shoulders and each vertebra) until seated upright with arms extended at 90 degrees in front of the shoulders. Use the TRX handles as needed to complete the exercise. To modify this exercise, bend the arms as you lift up the head, shoulder and each vertebra.
