CYCLING CLASSES Auburn Fit 1 has 7 Cycle classes that we offer each week. Although most of these classes are regular cycling classes, which consist of a 45 minute choreographed class on a bike, we also offer a Cycle and Tone class as well as a Cycle with Ab’s class.
