Dee Evans Dee Evans is our November Instructor of the Month. In addition to subbing for our yoga and step classes, Dee teaches Dynamic-Duo on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.   Dee’s skill set will provide you with slow weight training with optional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that may bring out muscles you haven’t seen in awhile.  Dee encourages all fitness abilities to attend the Dynamic-Duo class. Class to Notice for November 2017

Dynamic-Duo Join Dee Evans on Tuesday and Thursday for a 55 minute class with the perfect combination of strength and cardio.  This class is suited for all ages and fitness abilities. Class begins at 5:30 p.m. with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength work and optional HIIT bursts; High-Intensity Interval Training.  Modification and progressions will be offered to ensure a challenging workout for each member.  Class winds down with a cool-down and stretch.
