New Fit1 Pilates Studio Opening November 20th

  Completely Fit 4 Life, voted #1 of the top three Pilates studios in the Sacramento area, will become part of Auburn Fit1. The new bigger space at Auburn Fit1 will have Pilates reformer classes and Barre classes and will open on November 20th. The new Fit1 Pilates studio will be open six days a week, Monday-Saturday, and by appointment. We will also be offering morning, lunchtime and evening classes.  There will also be an infrared sauna available for use for $25.00 per month (unlimited use). Member on Fire: Julie Young

Julie Young has been a member of Auburn Fit1 since December of 2014. She visits the gym two or three days per week. Her routine consists of a warmup with activation exercises, then upper and lower strength with single limb circuits or double limb max strength with a stretch or ab included in each circuit. Dee Cranston is our January Instructor of the Month. In addition to subbing for our yoga and sculpting class, Dee is teaching a Strength class on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. Dee’s skill set will provide you with slow weight training with some cardio that may bring out muscles you haven’t seen in awhile. We encourage you to attend the strength training class and give your New Year’s workout a new twist.
