Sally Kendall has been a member of Auburn Fit1 since October of 2015. When Sally first arrived at Fit1, she had been at another club that relocated and the classes they offered did not work for her.
Tony has been a member of Auburn Fit1 for approximately six years. He normally works out three times a week with three rounds of circuit weight training and 75 minutes on the spin bike.
