Instructor to Notice for Auburn is Ruby Fidler

Ruby has been teaching Zumba at the Auburn Fit 1 for almost two years. She teaches on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. She discovered Zumba seven years ago, and fell in love with it because it combined dancing and Latin music and it didn’t feel like exercising. But she stresses you don’t need to be a “dancer” to enjoy Zumba and get an effective workout. Everyone can do it!
