CYCLING CLASSES
Auburn Fit 1 has 7 Cycle classes that we offer each week. Although most of these classes are regular cycling classes, which consist of a 45 minute choreographed class on a bike, we also offer a Cycle and Tone class as well as a Cycle with Ab’s class. Read on to learn more about each of our cycling classes:

Cycle

Monday and Wednesday at 5:30a.m.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 p.m.
- Motivating music and simulated rides that will get your heart pumping by
combining strength and endurance components associated with cycling.
Jump, run and climb your way through an intense 45-minute session of
aerobic and anaerobic training on a stationary bike. All levels welcome.

Cycle and Tone

Monday at 5:30 p.m.
- Enjoy 30 minutes on the Schwinn cycle, consisting of a variety of hills, flat
roads and intervals. Transition off the bike and add another 30 minutes of
toning for the entire body, consisting of bands, weights, and body weight
exercises. Complete the workout with a cool down and stretch. All levels
are encouraged to attend, beginner to advance as modifications and
progressions will be instructed.

Cycle with Ab’s

Friday at 5:30 a.m.
- Thirty-five minutes of motivating music and simulated rides that will get
your heart pumping by combining strength and endurance components
associated with cycling. Jump, run and climb your way through an intense
session of aerobic and anaerobic training on a stationary bike. Follow your
ride with a five minute stretch and another five minutes of abdominal
work. All levels welcome
