Yoga classes are offered on:
Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:45 a.m.
Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m

We are fortunate at Auburn Fit1 to be offering five yoga classes a week.  Members often ask us about the level of our classes, and our response is always “we teach to the level of the class.”  We try not to label our classes as beginner to advance as we want all our members, no matter what level to feel welcomed and to give yoga a try.  We are also proud to have four instructors teaching at Auburn Fit1 as well as several instructors who can step in and sub.

If you are interested in taking yoga at Auburn Fit1, please join Dee, Lisa, Meagan or Patrick for a 55-minute yoga class. During the class, you will complete an energizing combination of yoga poses to strengthen the body, increase flexibility and relax the nervous system, which will be accompanied by inspiring music and health tips to help you along the path of whole being wellness.

Please note that on the first Monday of the month, Patrick Gearey offers a restorative yoga class at 6:45 p.m.  Bring your blankets and pillows and get ready for an hour-long session of holding a pose for a longer period of time.  Restorative classes are very mellow, making them an excellent complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
