Pilates Boot Camp
Looking for a new way to ramp up your workout routine? Try our fee based Pilates Reformer Boot Camp class.
Held in our Pilates studio (670 Auburn Folsom Rd, Suite 107) on Wednesday’s at 3:00 p.m. and taught by Linda Brown.
The Pilates boot camp is a combination of high-intensity boot camp (think drills like squats, jumping jacks, arm presses, and plenty of planks) and traditional Pilates mat exercises. The class is designed to combine the body lengthening and strengthening of Pilates with fat-and calorie-burning cardio for a total-body workout.
We combine the Pilates stick, tower, Allegro ll and reformer in this workout.
