Join Dee Evans on Tuesday and Thursday for a 55 minute class with the perfect combination of strength and cardio. This class is suited for all ages and fitness abilities.
Class begins at 5:30 p.m. with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength work and optional HIIT bursts; High-Intensity Interval Training. Modification and progressions will be offered to ensure a challenging workout for each member. Class winds down with a cool-down and stretch.
