Auburn Fit1 congratulates Linda Brown, the owner of Completely Fit 4 Life! and one of Fit1’s lead Pilates instructors, for being recognized as one of the top three Pilates teachers in the Sacramento area! Linda has been teaching Pilates at Auburn Fit1 for the past few years, as well as teaching health, nutrition, and fitness for over 38 years. Linda brings her vast resources of knowledge and experience to each class at Auburn Fit1. 

Expertise.com recently looked at 111 Pilates teachers serving the greater Sacramento area and picked the Top 20, ranking Completely Fit 4 Life! – Linda Brown, at number three. The top choices were selected based on more than 25 variables across five categories: reputation, credibility, experience, availability, and professionalism. Classes offered at Fit1 Pilates include group, private and barre Pilates. 

Linda has a strong passion for health and wellness and believes Pilates to be an incredible modality of healing and fitness for the mind and body. Her education, background, and training provide her with the ability to align the mental, emotional, and physical with program design. She loves teaching and staying current in the wellness industry so that she can provide up to date, state of the art training for her clients. It is important to her that she understands who you are and your lifestyle in order to design a program that you will adhere to and love, so that you will be successful! She understands that we are all very different and that what works for one person may not work for another. 

The Reformer Pilates studio at Auburn Fit1 is located across the parking lot from the Auburn Fit1 gym, and offers every new client the opportunity to take advantage of a complimentary class! Pilates is a gentle and effective method of creating long lean muscles while improving joint mobility and overall flexibility. Linda’s reformer training is a conditioning program for both men and women, and she designs programs to create a strong and stable core and rid the body of chronic weakness. Each program is developed with the understanding that the center of the body should be the source of initiation of movement, flexibility, and range of motion and a long lean body will result.

All of the instructors at the Auburn Fit1 Reformer studio are elite in their education and background to provide a safe and effective workout designed just for you. Our instructors are nationally certified in mat and reformer Pilates, personal training, group fitness, children’s fitness and have over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. They will help you reach your fitness goals in a natural, holistic way.
