January was a wet month and darkness arrives early this time of year. If you are finding it difficult to get out on your bike as often as you like, why not supplement with an indoor cycling class?
At Auburn Fit1, we offer a 45-minute class with motivating music and simulated rides that will prepare you for the real thing. Not to mention the benefit of burning lots of calories.
Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.,
Monday evenings at 5:30p.m.
We also offer a class on Thursday’s at 12:00 p.m., 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of toning.
Join Mary, Pamela, Robert, and Jamie for a great workout! The class is offered to all levels and feel free to ask us to help you fit your bike.
