The February Exercise of the Month at Fit1 is the Preacher Curl

Preparation
Adjust the seat to allow armpit to rest near top of pad. Sit on preacher bench placing back of arms on pad. Grasp curl bar with shoulder width underhand grip.
Execution
Raise bar until forearms are vertical. Lower barbells until arms are fully extended. Repeat. The back of the upper arm should remain on pad throughout movement.
