Muscle Imbalance.

Classes instructed by Bonnie Jenkins-Close and Maryellen Haddock include Various Exercises Specific for Golf on reformers and mat. Learn Stretching & Strengthening Techniques to take with you before and after hitting the links.

 

Any level of Golf and any level of Pilates Welcome.

 

Classes will progress over 6 weeks & build on basic content.
No make-up sessions if you miss a class.
