Welcome back Jen Black! Jen is back and teaching Yoga for Auburn Fit 1
Wednesday nights at 6:45 p.m.
Jen has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has embraced a slower form of yoga hoping to include those that ““aren’t good at yoga.” She has practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga including various types of flow yoga and sees value in just about every kind. Most recently she took lots of Barre which includes many yoga postures but takes the Ohms out. She believes in pushing yourself to achieve while listening to your body in order to enjoy yourself and avoid injury. She spends her days trying to get her 3 year old son into yoga without much success but with a lot of testing of her yoga breath work.
