David Mitchell

Qigong is an Ancient Chinese Healing Art that combines stretching with deep breathing in a flowing, moving meditation, which helps improve health and promote healing.  Tai Chi is the Martial Arts form of Qigong.

David discovered the healing powers of Qigong during his battle with Leukemia in 2011-2012.  David dedicates his life work to teaching others how to elicit and work with their Qi. David studied and trained in Santa Cruz with Lee Holden, an internationally recognized teacher of Qi Gong. David completed his instructor training certification in 2013 and has since been teaching this beautiful practice. He has been teaching for Auburn Fit1 since July of 2016, and his Qigong classes are offered on:

Monday Mornings at 8:30 a.m.
and
Wednesday Mornings at 7:30 a.m.

David also offers a private fee-based small group Qigong training on Friday mornings and is also available for private sessions.
