Our Strength class at Auburn Fit1 will give you the benefit of the weight floor with the energy and motivation of a group fitness class. Regardless of your fitness level, this class will meet the needs of the beginner to advanced participant. Our group fitness instructor will ensure correct form, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
Strength begins with a proper warm-up, incorporating all muscles that will be used throughout the class. Slow weights will then be emphasized with a cardio burst that may vary in time.
Three sets will be performed for both the upper and lower muscle groups. Join us Fridays at 8:30 am to give your New Year’s workout an extra boost!
