Dee Cranston is our January Instructor of the Month.
In addition to subbing for our yoga and sculpting class, Dee is teaching a Strength class on
Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.
Dee’s skill set will provide you with slow weight training with some cardio that may bring out muscles you haven’t seen in awhile. We encourage you to attend the strength training class and give your New Year’s workout a new twist.
Dee is also a runner and volunteers for different running organizations, so you may also meet her at a local race or see her working the finish line.
