What is your routine when at Auburn Fit1? I try to get a gym workout 3 times a week, with about 70 minutes of weights and machines; 37 minute fast walk and 3 minute wind-down cardio on treadmill.
Why do you enjoy being a member at Auburn Fit1? Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff and clean facility and modern equipment that meet my workout needs.
Any fitness goals you have completed or will be completing? Attempt to get the gym workout 3 days per week and additional physical exercise (hiking and yard work, etc.) in between when possible. I also want to maintain a good endurance and strength level to keep my mind sharp and to be an active and productive “Papa”.
Anything else that you wish to share, such as hobbies, family, and etc? Married to Paula for 38 years; 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I have lived in Meadow Vista for 33 years. I am still active as a Consultant in Corporate Finance (www.SRickettsConsulting.com). My wife Paula is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker in Auburn.
