Don’t be intimidated by the name of this class. Our instructor, Kristin, will provide modifications and progressions to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
This one-hour class consists of a 30-minute segment of body shred; four six-minute high-intensity circuits, three minutes of resistance training, two minutes of cardiovascular conditioning (HIIT Intervals) and one minute of active recovery, utilizing core-focused exercises that facilitate supreme stability and power.
The second half of the class involves weights, core, and more, providing an exhilarating workout!
