Jeff has been a member and a big supporter of Auburn Fit1 for the past year and a half. Jeff has had several injuries and following surgery, he has been able to function better and is able to exercise. Not fond of cardio, you will not find him running on a treadmill, but you will see Jeff using the Cybex machines and free weights.
Rather than holding a weight in his hand,often times you will see Jeff at Auburn Fit1 holding a paint brush or screwdriver. Jeff assists manager Jamie Vinciguerra with repairs around the club.
When Jeff is not working out or assisting us at Auburn Fit1, you will find him at McAuley Meadows (just across the street from Auburn Fit1), where he is the maintenance manager. Jeff also performs maintenance at his church, and is the owner of his handyman business. If Jeff is not working, he enjoys being outdoors fishing!
