It’s that time of year when we have longer days, which means more time outside! Mountain biking is an amazing outdoor activity for people in the Auburn area!
If you find that you would like to supplement your outdoor ride with an indoor ride, give our cycle class a try! The class is 45 minutes of motivating music and simulated rides that will prepare you for the real thing. Ramp up your metabolism and burn some calories.
Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Our instructors encourage all levels to attend our classes; we can assist you in getting your bike properly set up for a fun filled 45 minutes!
