Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle.
Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. This class entails 20 minutes of strength, 15 minutes of high intensity work, and finishes with 10 minutes of core and stretching. You will use dumbbells, tubing and your own body weight. No muscle gets neglected!
Pure Strength is offered on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and modifications and progressions are offered allowing members at all levels to participate in this class.
