Fit1-June-SM-IOM-Lisa-Yoga-web-kt-06.2015-finalLisa is a regular yoga sub at Auburn Fit1. She has been teaching since 2008 and began practicing yoga in 2006. She has trained with a variety of instructors and styles. Lisa’s favorite yoga styles have been Bhakti (Devotional yoga), Forrest Yoga, Iyengar and Baptiste. Her favorite Yoga Book is Meditations from the Mat: Daily Reflections on the Path of Yoga by Rolf Gates.
Lisa is an avid skier and loves being outdoors hiking, biking, and being in nature. Her favorite thing in the world, besides yoga, is her dog, Napoleon Dynamite. Yoga has changed her life for the better and continues to do so every time she steps on the mat.
