Boot Camp
Skip that extra hour of sleep or your morning coffee and wake up with Kristin Cummings on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for her 5:30 a.m. Boot Camp Class!
This class will challenge you with a fast-paced calorie-blasting workout, using traditional boot camp movements. Geared towards all fitness levels, modifications and progressions are always offered to beginner and advanced participants.
Don’t forget to join Kristin on Tuesday and/or Thursday from 5:30-6:30 a.m.!
