Yoga Classes are offered on:
Monday and Wednesday Evening at 6:45 pm
Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at 9:45 am
Saturday Morning at 10:45 am
We are fortunate at Auburn Fit1 to be offering five yoga classes each week. Members often ask us about the level of our classes, and our response is always that, “we teach to the level of the class.” We try not to label our classes as beginner or advanced as we want all of our members, no matter what level, to feel welcomed and to give yoga a try. We are also proud to have four instructors teaching at Auburn Fit1 as well as several instructors who can step in and sub.
On the first Monday of the month, Rebecca Littlejohn offers a restorative yoga class at 6:45 p.m. Bring your blankets and pillows and get ready for an hour long session of holding yoga poses for longer periods of time. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a great complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
Please join Rebecca, Tina, Lisa and Tomi for hour long sessions of energizing yoga poses that strengthen the body, increase flexibility and relax the nervous system, accompanied by inspiring music and health tips to help you along the path of whole being wellness.
