Shannon has been teaching at Auburn Fit1 since November of 2016.  She teaches Strength on Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. Regardless of your fitness level, this class meets the needs of both beginners and advanced participants. Shannon is an excellent instructor and will ensure correct form, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

Shannon has been teaching group fitness classes that focus on strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning for more than six years. She is certified in Reformer Pilates level one, which she has taught for over four years, and has experience with mat Pilates as well. Practicing and learning to teach Pilates has expanded Shannon’s knowledge of what our bodies are capable of in the areas of strength and flexibility.

Fit1_I2N_Shannon-Bell_May2017Shannon loves teaching and encouraging others to increase their fitness level in order to enjoy the healthiest, most productive life possible. Shannon donates the money that she earns as a fitness instructor to Teen Challenge Monterey Bay, a Christian rehabilitation program for those who are caught in the snare of life controlling addictions.
