The class is 45 minutes of motivating music and simulated rides that will prepare you for the real thing, burning up to 600 calories per class! Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 a.m. and noon, or in the evening on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
