Burn Fat, get strong with Body Shred, taught by Kristin Cummings, this 30 minute class consists of four 6-minute high-intensity circuits. Three minutes of resistance training, 2 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning (HIIT Intervals), and 1 minute of active recovery, utilizing core focused exercises that facilitate supreme stability and power.
