Classes are offered
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:45 a.m.
Saturdays at 10:45 a.m.
Restorative yoga is also offered on the first Monday of every month at 6:45 a.m.
