April Member on Fire: Ron Mussulman
Ron moved to Auburn in October of 2014 and became a member of Fit 1 in November of 2014. He visits the gym four to five days per week. In the gym, Ron mostly focuses on his strength training, allowing him to continue to function and slowing down the loss of strength that comes with the years.
Ron shared that he feels Fit 1 is a well-run business with a nice atmosphere and easy going fellow clients; which he appreciates.

For fun, Ron enjoys carpentry projects, refurbishing furniture, walking in the canyon, reading, and playing with art (we are sharing a copy of a self-portrait, done in pastels).
