Jared Cox

Jared Cox works out at Auburn Fit1 4 days a week. On Mondays and Wednesdays, Jared works out his chest, shoulders and triceps and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he works out his legs, biceps and back.

Jared likes to stay fit because he also trains and competes in a martial art called jiu-jitsu. Jared’s fitness goals are to improve each day and maintain a consistent workout schedule.

When asked about what Jared likes most about Auburn Fit1, he shared that he likes working out at Fit1 because everyone is really friendly. It is also very convenient being able to go and workout at any time.
