Fit1-Mar-SM-MOF-julie-web-kt-03_2016-finalJulie Young has been a member of Auburn Fit1 since December of 2014. She visits the gym two or three days per week. Her routine consists of a warmup with activation exercises, then upper and lower strength with single limb circuits or double limb max
strength with a stretch or ab included in each circuit.

Fit1-Mar-SM-MOF-julie2-web-kt-03_2016-finalAthletics have always played a big part in Julie’s life–as a kid growing up on competitive soccer and alpine ski racing; playing collegiate golf at UCLA; and 12 year pro and US National team cyclist named to six World Championship teams and winner of the women’s equivalent of the Tour de France.

Julie has parlayed her passion for sport to create her current position as the owner of O2fitness Coaching and Training, and Director of the Silver Sage Sports and Fitness Lab. “I feel so fortunate and grateful to love what I do.”
