Member to Notice  Karie Hall

Karie got her start at Auburn Fit1 back in May of 2016.  She came in to try the small group personal training sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m. and instructed by Jamie Vinciguerra.  She then signed up, and two years later continues her training with five other women on a bi-weekly basis.

Over the past two years, Karie has toned her muscles, gained strength, increased her muscle mass and has lost 10 pounds. The small group setting is always changing and as a result, Karie continues to see improvements and avoids plateaus.

It’s not unusual for Karie to head home after a workout for a ride, to clean the stable, hall (“no pun intended”) some hay and you get the idea.  Karie is a true example as to why working out can benefit us in our daily living activities!

The small group personal training is an affordable way to personal train because a certified personal trainer provides the instruction. Plus, it creates accountability and friendships are formed.


Small Group Personal Training is offered on:
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m
Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.
