New Strength and Conditioning
For members who are serious about taking their fitness to a new level, our new Strength and Conditioning Training Program is for you! We will be incorporating Olympic weight lifting moves such as cleans, snatches, and deadlifts, as well as kettlebells, dumbbells and more into our new 55-minute small group class.
During the class, lifts will be broken down and taught from a technical perspective, then put into practice by participants. A challenging workout will be programmed after the practice, all under the watchful eye of the coach. With an emphasis on safety and functional movement, this class will open up a fun new way to challenge your body and cardiovascular system while getting into the best shape of your life!
All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome!

Where: Fit1 Group X room
Time: Tuesday and Friday from 4-5 beginning November 12th
Cost: $120/5 weeks
