Dee Evans is our November Instructor of the Month.
In addition to subbing for our yoga and step classes, Dee teaches Dynamic-Duo on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Dee’s skill set will provide you with slow weight training with optional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that may bring out muscles you haven’t seen in awhile. Dee encourages all fitness abilities to attend the Dynamic-Duo class.
Dee is also a runner and volunteers for different running organizations, so you may also meet her at a local race or see her working the finish line.
