In this class, we will cover the difference between “core” and “abs” and learn that they are not interchangeable. Instructor Richard Del Balso will then introduce his Top Ten Abdominal Exercises. All are relatively easy to learn (not necessarily to do!); require no special equipment; and are easy to adjust to individual abilities. After demonstrating each of the Top Ten exercises, we will discuss the best way to program these into your regular gym workout.
